Pay: $20.00 – $24.50 per hour
Job description: Blake Brothers Lawn Care is hiring an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to run landscape and maintenance projects with a high level of quality and efficiency. This role is for someone who takes ownership of their work, leads from the front, and is committed to delivering clean, professional results on every job.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage a small crew on landscape and maintenance jobs.
-Execute Tier 1 services (mulch, sod, plant installs, cleanups, grading, etc.) to company standards.
-Oversee job quality, efficiency, and cleanliness from start to finish. -Communicate clearly with team members and management.
-Load, transport, and operate equipment safely (including trucks and trailers).
-Ensure all work is completed to a high standard without cutting corners.
Requirements:
-Valid, clean driver’s license.
-Proven experience pulling trailers.
-Experience operating skid steers and excavators.
-Strong understanding of irrigation installation and repair.
-Reliable transportation to and from work.
-Strong work ethic and willingness to lead by example.
-Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
-Must be dependable and show up on time.
-Physically able to perform demanding outdoor labor.
-Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
-Must be drug-free.
